Please keep in mind that these are handmade, wood pieces of art. We manually inspect and select each piece of wood before building. With that said, wood has different grains, knots, and hues. This is what helps make each course/map/hole-in-one unique.
✦ Each map comes assembled in your choice of a Carbon Black, Driftwood Gray, Natural Wood, White or Walnut Brown frame.
✦ Frame Sizes: We offer 4 frame sizes currently, 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x25", and 24"x30". There is a 1/4 in overhang onto the piece.
✦ What's Included: All frames have a backing, hanging hardware, and a plexiglass protective front.
For International Orders to Europe and Worldwide, we can only ship our 11x14 or 16x20 size for a $25 fee. If you'd like our larger sizes, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. All duties and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.

First class work all around. I got quick responses to questions about making golf hole art for an albatross vs a hole-in-one. The communication on course layout was great. Proof was and the finished product is both high quality and tremendously detailed. I much prefer this to a ball glued to a tee in a shadowbox with a picture in the background that is a more common way of commemorating a special shot.

Other than the frame getting lost for a while, we are delighted with it! The only small complaint I have is that the tees are different colors, one being much darker than the other.

Did a 16x20” to commemorate my first ace. The Golf Project did a great job with the design and making a few tweaks during the proofing process to position the flag and the tee markers like they were on the actual day. This is a great keepsake and I’m so glad I spent the money on it.

How long does the entire process take?
Our normal lead time is 5-10 business days until shipment. Add an additional 2-5 days for delivery.
The lead time can largely depend on how quickly you view/approve the proof we send. So please be on the lookout for communication from us.
How long does my order take to ship?
Our Hole-in-one products will ship out in 5-10 days. Please be checking your email for the proof we send you. Once we have your approval we can make and ship your product.
What information do you need from me for my hole-in-one order?
Please include the following information when submitting your order:
Course name/location, person that made the hole-in-one, club used, date, witnesses, yardage it played.
We'll take care of the rest!
Will you send me a proof to approve?
We do send proofs for our hole-in-one products.
Please check the spelling and accuracy of everything and get back to us ASAP. Once we have your approval we can begin the building process.
The email will be coming from hello@thegolfproject.com. Please check your SPAM folder if you don't see any communication.
What if my orders arrives damaged?
While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if the artwork is damaged, we'll make a new piece and send it to you ASAP.
If the frame is damaged (most common), fear not, we'll get a new frame sent your way.
In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.
Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.
