Refund policy

 

Apologies but given the custom, one-off nature of our products we cannot offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. We do offer replacement maps/frames if there is any damage during shipment. Please refer to the Damages section below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damages and other claims please make sure to keep all the packaging (external and internal) as we will need multiple pictures of everything to file an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Without photos of the damage, we will not be able to process the claim.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
