Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. They are then added to our design/build queue with an estimated lead time of 5-10 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Keep in mind, each golf course map is made to order, hand-designed, and hand-built.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping to lower 48 states.

Shipping charges for other locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping times will vary by distance, current shipping company capacity, and other factors. Average estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact hello@thegolfproject.com to get a shipping estimate.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Golf Project is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to inspections, tariffs, holds, etc at multiple ports depending on the destination. The Golf Project is not able to assist in any of the logistics once it has been shipped from our warehouse.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thegolfproject.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Sorry, but we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
