HOW TO ORDER:
STEP 1: Select your desk mat color.
STEP 2: Enter the name, city, and state of the course you would like made.
STEP 3: Sit back and relax as we design, personalize, engrave, and ship your custom golf course desk mat!
NOTE: We can add additional text (date played, wedding date, the score you shot, icons (house markers), and other personal customizations for an additional fee. We can also do courses that are 27 holes, 36 holes, etc. 27 and 36-hole courses require a fee for the additional design and build work needed. Please contact us for any additional customizations.
OUR PROCESS: (typically 5-10 business days from order to shipment)
STEP 1: Your order is placed. Please make sure to include the specific course name as well as the city and state where the course is located. Some golf clubs have multiple courses, if this is the case, please indicate the specific course(s) you would like included. Once an order is received, and the information is confirmed, it enters our design queue.
STEP 2: Your course is meticulously hand traced (every bunker, tee box) and designed by our team members and ourselves. To this day, either Tyler or Jeremy (co-founders) edit and sign off on every design. We use the latest GIS and satellite imagery. They are 100% to scale and 99.9% accurate (we have missed a hidden tee box from time to time).
Because our maps are 100% to scale, this can cause some courses' holes to be smaller. Courses that cover a large amount of acreage require us to 'zoom out' when designing the course.
STEP 3: Your custom desk mat design is engraved on one of our state-of-the-art lasers. After engraving, we clean, add the finishing touches, and package your desk mat to get it ready for shipment.
All production work is proudly completed within our shop in Traverse City, Michigan.

Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges
We offer free standard shipping in the USA and Canada. All orders are processed in the order they are received and typically are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Most products ship via standard UPS/FedEx and USPS ground and take 2-5 days to be delivered. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Because each item is unique and made to order we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. With that said, if there are any defects, damages or errors we will happily make you a new product.

How to Order
Please read this carefully. Our products are made to order and we will make your product based on the personalization instructions you provide. We are unable to make changes once we have processed your order.
- Tell us what golf course you'd like on the front. We can do any golf course in the world. This can be your home course, a course with sentimental value or your favorite course. We will gather all the stats. PROVIDE THE COURSE NAME AND LOCATION ONLY.
2. Tell us what quote or saying you'd like to include on the front. This can be a famous quote or a personalized note from you to the recipient or even you to yourself. Have writers block? Let us know and we can help with some fan favorites. Please keep quotes/sayings to 180 characters or less. The more words there are the smaller the text will be.
3. Tell us the name/nickname you'd like us to engrave on the back. This can be a first name, last name, or nickname. Note, that the more characters there are the smaller the font will be.
Custom Graphics / Logos
Want to include your high school/college/team logo or custom graphic for your business/event?
No problem. Please send us a high resolution, black and white image/graphic via messages. Note that high resolution means at least 1000px x 1000px or larger.

The workmanship is good. However, I’m disappointed in how small the golf holes are (the design). The grass areas are VERY tiny. When I looked at the courses shown online in the advertisements, they appeared much larger than my product. There’s hardly any green areas on my picture compared to those shown online. Most of my picture is just brown wood. It would’ve been nice to approve the design before production. Ko Olina Golf Club has a great view of their course online. Wish the product looked more like that. Wish the scale of the holes was bigger. Quality of materials is good. Just sad & disappointed in the final design. It’s a gift to my husband. We went to Hawaii back in May. He & my sons golfed the course. They loved it. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

This means that courses that cover a large amount of acreage will require us to 'zoom' farther out when creating the design, as is the case with the course you selected. As you can see in the photo you provided, we are all the way to the frame margins which means there is no way for us to make the holes larger without taking the entire course out of scale. Courses that cover a smaller amount of acreage allow us to 'zoom' farther in when designing and thus the hole sizes would be larger. I did the print originally without the logo from my club, as I didn’t know that was an option. I saw online other prints that had club logos, the team reprinted mine. (at a small cost) with my club’s logo (upon receiving permission from my club) and now it looks much better. First class work all around. I got quick responses to questions about making golf hole art for an albatross vs a hole-in-one. The communication on course layout was great. Proof was and the finished product is both high quality and tremendously detailed. I much prefer this to a ball glued to a tee in a shadowbox with a picture in the background that is a more common way of commemorating a special shot.

How do I order a custom desk mat?

How long does my order take to ship?
Our custom desk mats typically ship within 3-10 business days from the time the order is placed.
We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.
What information do you need from me?
We simply need to know what course you'd like us to make.
We'll take care of the rest!
Will you send me a proof to approve?
No, not typically. For a couple of reasons.
Given the large amount of order we receive on a daily business we are not able to send proofs to every customer as waiting for customer replies can put us behind our production schedule.
If there is something specific you think we need to be aware of regarding the information you provided on your order, please put that note in the ORDER NOTES when you place the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if your order arrives damaged we'll replace it no problem.
In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.
Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.
Do you accept returns?
Given that our personalized desk mats are unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns.
With that said, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
Can you do custom graphics or logos?
Yes, we can do custom graphics for a variety or purposes.
We have made desk mats for high school/college golf teams, as tee gifts for golf events, for corporate gifts and for clubhouses to sell in their pro shop.
