All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. They are then added to our design/build queue with an estimated lead time of 5-10 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It takes 2-7 days for shipment.

Keep in mind, each golf course map is made to order, hand-designed, and hand-built.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping to lower 48 states.

Shipping charges for other locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping times will vary by distance, current shipping company capacity, and other factors. Average estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after shipment.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

Apologies but given the custom, one-off nature of our products we cannot offer returns or refunds. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@woodgraingolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
