Please keep in mind that these are handmade, wood pieces of art. We manually inspect and select each piece of wood before building. With that said, wood has different grains, knots, and hues. This is what helps make each course unique.
We can ship worldwide. But all customs, import, duties and sales taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
Once we design, build and package your custom map, we'll typically ship it via UPS.
We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.

Framing & Assembly
Our Golf Course Maps come in 3 different size options: 16"x20", 20"x25" and 24"x30". There is a 1/4 in overhang onto the piece.
Each map comes assembled in your choice of a Carbon Black, Walnut Brown, Driftwood Gray, Natural Wood or Whitewash frame color. Hanging hardware is included but not installed. All frames have a backing and a plexiglass protective front.
Please keep in mind that these are handmade, wood pieces of art. We manually inspect and select each piece of wood before building. With that said, wood has different grains, knots, and hues. This is what helps make each course unique.

The workmanship is good. However, I’m disappointed in how small the golf holes are (the design). The grass areas are VERY tiny. When I looked at the courses shown online in the advertisements, they appeared much larger than my product. There’s hardly any green areas on my picture compared to those shown online. Most of my picture is just brown wood. It would’ve been nice to approve the design before production. Ko Olina Golf Club has a great view of their course online. Wish the product looked more like that. Wish the scale of the holes was bigger. Quality of materials is good. Just sad & disappointed in the final design. It’s a gift to my husband. We went to Hawaii back in May. He & my sons golfed the course. They loved it. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

Store owner replied: Hi Kerri - thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All of our maps are designed and made to scale. This means that courses that cover a large amount of acreage will require us to 'zoom' farther out when creating the design, as is the case with the course you selected. As you can see in the photo you provided, we are all the way to the frame margins which means there is no way for us to make the holes larger without taking the entire course out of scale. Courses that cover a smaller amount of acreage allow us to 'zoom' farther in when designing and thus the hole sizes would be larger. In short, hole size is less of a choice and more of a result of the course that is being made. Thank you, Tyler Co-Owner

However, I wanted to have put a custom design on the back with his name made into a logo from ChatGPT. I did the print originally without the logo from my club, as I didn’t know that was an option. I saw online other prints that had club logos, the team reprinted mine. (at a small cost) with my club’s logo (upon receiving permission from my club) and now it looks much better. First class work all around. I got quick responses to questions about making golf hole art for an albatross vs a hole-in-one. The communication on course layout was great. Proof was and the finished product is both high quality and tremendously detailed. I much prefer this to a ball glued to a tee in a shadowbox with a picture in the background that is a more common way of commemorating a special shot.

How long does the entire process take?
Our normal lead time is 1-5 business days until shipment. Add an additional 2-5 days for delivery.
How long does my order take to ship?
Once we build and package your state map, we'll typically ship it via UPS or FedEx.
We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if the artwork is damaged, we'll make a new piece and send it to you ASAP.
If the frame is damaged (most common), fear not, we'll get a new frame sent your way.
In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.
Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.
Do you accept returns?
Given that our golf maps and hole-in-one products are unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns.
With that said, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything to make it right.
