1. Tell us what golf course you'd like on the front. We can do any golf course in the world. This can be your home course, a course with sentimental value or your favorite course. We will gather all the stats. PROVIDE THE COURSE NAME AND LOCATION ONLY.
2. Tell us the name/nickname you'd like us to engrave on the back. This can be a first name, last name, or nickname. Note, that the more characters there are the smaller the font will be.
CUSTOM GRAPHICS / LOGOS:
Want to include your high school/college/team logo or custom graphic for your business/event?
No problem. Please send us a high resolution, black and white image/graphic via messages. Note that high resolution means at least 1000px x 1000px or larger.
Buying more than 3 at a time?

We offer free standard shipping in the USA and Canada. All orders are processed in the order they are received and typically are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Most products ship via standard UPS/FedEx and USPS ground and take 2-5 days to be delivered. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How do I order a custom golf tumbler?
1. Select if you want to engrave on the FRONT ONLY or FRONT + BACK (required if you want to add a name).
2. Select the color. Choose from 3 possible colors.
3. Tell us what golf course you'd like us to put on the front. We'll find all the stats and details.
4. Tell us the name/nickname you'd like us to put on the back (if you selected front and back option).
How long does my order take to ship?
Our custom golf tumblers ship fast! Same day shipping if you order before 10am EST. Next day shipping if you miss that deadline.
We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.
What information do you need from me?
We need to know what course you'd like on the front and what name/nickname you'd like on the back.
We'll take care of the rest!
Will you send me a proof to approve?
No, not typically. For a couple of reasons.
Given the large amount of order we receive on a daily business we are not able to send proofs to every customer as waiting for customer replies can put us behind our production schedule.
If there is something specific you think we need to be aware of regarding the information you provided on your order, please put that note in the ORDER NOTES when you place the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if your order arrives damaged we'll replace it no problem.
In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.
Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.
Do you accept returns?
Given that our personalized golf tumblers are unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns.
With that said, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
Can you do custom graphics or logos?
Yes, we can do custom graphics for a variety or purposes.
We have made golf tumblers for high school/college golf teams, as tee gifts for golf events, for corporate gifts and for clubhouses to sell in their pro shop.
