Every course is meticulously hand traced (every bunker, tee box) and designed by our team members and ourselves. To this day, either Tyler or Jeremy (co-founders) edit and sign off on every design. We use the latest GIS and satellite imagery. They are 100% to scale and 99.9% accurate (we have missed a hidden tee box from time to time).
Because our maps are 100% to scale, this can cause some courses' holes to be smaller. Courses that cover a large amount of acreage require us to 'zoom out' when designing the course.
If you selected the DIGITAL FILE option, a high quality print file will be emailed to you after purchase.

If you selected the PRINT option. We will mail it to you in a durable packaging tube.
If you selected the FRAMED option, each map will come assembled in your choice of a black (ebony), brown (walnut), or white/natural frame.
Frame Sizes: We offer 4 frame sizes currently, 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x25", and 24"x30". There is a 1/4 in overhang onto the piece.
What's Included: All frames have a backing, hanging hardware, and a plexiglass protective front.
We typically let the layout of the course determine orientation and we try and keep them pointing as close to true north as possible. With that said, if you'd like any map in either landscape or portrait we can certainly do that.

Shipping Information
Once we design, build and package your custom map, we'll typically ship it via UPS.
We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.
Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.

Framing & Assembly
Our Golf Course Maps come in 3 different size options: 16"x20", 20"x25" and 24"x30". There is a 1/4 in overhang onto the piece.
Each map comes assembled in your choice of a black, light brown, or white/natural frame. Hanging hardware is included but not installed. All frames have a backing and a plexiglass protective front.
Please keep in mind that these are handmade, wood pieces of art. We manually inspect and select each piece of wood before building. With that said, wood has different grains, knots, and hues. This is what helps make each course unique.

Can you make my local course?
By far our most asked question. And the answer is yes. We can do any course in the world. We've never had to turn away a customer because we couldn't design their course.
We even done courses that have been closed for 20+ years!
How do I know if the course design will be accurate?
We use the latest satellite, GIS, and topography maps to create the designs. Each map is designed by hand, we trace tee by tee, and bunker by bunker.
Furthermore, we're golfers, which means we know what to look out for when designing these maps.
How long does the entire process take?
Our normal lead time is 5-10 business days until shipment. Add an additional 2-5 days for delivery.
We have designed over 1500+ courses to date. If you order a course that we've already designed, we can usually build and ship your map in 2-5 days, depending on our current backlog.
If we do not yet have your course in our design library, we'll be close to 7-10 days before shipment.
How long does my order take to ship?

What information do you need from me for my custom course order?
We need to know the course name and location. That's it!

Will you send me a proof to approve?
No, not typically. For a couple of reasons.
First, we've found that waiting for customer replies can put us behind schedule.
Second, we've made 2000+ golf maps with a 5/5 star rating. Not to sound arrogant, but we're good at making golf maps and we do ask our customers for a little trust in the process. This helps us stay on schedule.
Third, we work on a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We're proud of our work and we hope our customers are too. If there is anything wrong with your order upon receiving it, please reach out to us and we'll make it right!
With that said, exceptions can always be made. If you're looking for customizations, making a bulk order, or just really want to see a proof beforehand, reach out to us and we'll make it so.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if the artwork is damaged, we'll make a new piece and send it to you ASAP.
If the frame is damaged (most common), fear not, we'll get a new frame sent your way.
In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.
Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.
Do you accept returns?
Given that our golf maps and hole-in-one products are unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns.
With that said, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything to make it right.
