Can you make my local course?

By far our most asked question. And the answer is yes. We can do any course in the world. We've never had to turn away a customer because we couldn't design their course.

We even done courses that have been closed for 20+ years!

How do I know the course design will be accurate?

We use the latest satellite, GIS, and topography maps to create the designs. Each map is designed by hand, we trace tee by tee, and bunker by bunker.

Furthermore, we're golfers, which means we know what to look out for when designing these maps.

What information do you need from me for my custom course order?

We need to know the course name and location. That's it!

Will you send me a proof to approve?

We don't typically send proofs as we've found that waiting for customer replies can put us behind our production schedule.

With that said, we're more than happy to send a proof. Please state that you'd like a proof in the order notes when you checkout.

Note that requesting a proof could add 3-5 business days to your estimated shipping date.

We will send a proofs within 1-3 days.

Please check the spelling and accuracy of everything and get back to us ASAP. Once we have your approval we can begin the building process.

What information do you need from me for my hole-in-one order?

Please include the following information when submitting your order:

Course name/location, person that made the hole-in-one, club used, date, witnesses, yardage it played.

Shipping & Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Once we design, build and package your custom map, we'll typically ship it via UPS.

We ship them from our warehouse in Northern Michigan.

Typical delivery times to the south and east coast are 1-4 days and out west the delivery times are 2-5 days.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Given that our golf maps and hole-in-one products are unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns.

With that said, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything to make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders that total $49+.

For orders less than $49, the shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long does the entire process for custom courses take?

Our normal lead time is 5-10 business days until shipment. Add an additional 2-5 days for delivery.

We have designed over 2000+ courses to date. If you order a course that we've already designed, we can usually build and ship your map in 2-5 days, depending on our current backlog.

If we do not yet have your course in our design library, we'll be close to 7-10 days before shipment.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

While damage during shipment is rare, it does happen. Rest assured, if the artwork is damaged, we'll make a new piece and send it to you ASAP.

If the frame is damaged (most common), fear not, we'll get a new frame sent your way.

In the event of a damaged product, please take 2-3 photos of the damage, 2-3 photos of the external packaging, and 2-3 photos of the internal packaging.

Apologies for all the photos, UPS's insurance policy requires we send all them.

How do I get an update on my shipping status?

You will receive an email when your package is shipped that has the tracking number.

From there you'll be able to get live updates from the carrier.
