SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We offer free standard shipping in the USA. All orders are processed in the order they are received and typically are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Most products ship via standard UPS/FedEx and USPS ground and take 2-5 days to be delivered. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Because each item is unique and made to order we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. With that said, if there are any defects, damages or errors we will happily make you a new product.
